On the Credit Note, this will be written:

• This credit voucher is valid for 2 months
• It needs to be fully utilized in a single transaction
• You are eligible for  Clubcard points on this voucher however the points earned on the returned goods will be withdrawn
• If the product you purchased was on offer then the voucher value will be based on that promotional price.
